'Music is a dynamic and common bond.
By its very nature it provides a perfect role model to society, addressing and exploring areas of race, culture and social status, encouraging young people to fuse their musical, racial and sexual influences.

Starfish aims to promote equal opportunities and accessibility for all young people with a desire to make music. It can enable young people to focus and channel their energies creatively, whilst understanding ways of directly benefiting the community in which they live'.
